This has been a long time coming, and we are super excited to have launched our ethical & sustainable, Newby’s merch collection. Clothes and goodies to inspire us all to be brave, think big and explore!!
There are a range of different designs, from the bold to the classic, we hope you love it as much as we do.

Tara has written a children’s book called ‘The Tree That Moved’. A story of moving an ancient forgotten olive tree from beneath the choking vines of the forest, out into the sunshine. The Newbys Recipe Book
TheNewbys first edition cookbook. A collection of 19 simple tasty recipes that we’ve enjoyed on our farm in northern Portugal, all designed to bring more goodness and deliciousness into your world.
- OPTION 1: Recipes in a pdf e-book format, easy for you to download and enjoy on your phone or tablet. 19 recipes covering simple and delicious options for breakfast, lunch, dinner and some tasty treats that are a favourite in our home!
- OPTION 2: Recipes in pdf e-book AND Video format. This is a very special collection of 19 videos bringing you into our home in a way that we’ve never shared on our YouTube channel. Each recipe has a corresponding video showing you how we make the meal, and there’s all the fun included - toddlers licking cake bowls, the whole family helping out and a lot of cooking with a baby on one hip!
